Cunningham Homes provides a Limited Warranty with every purchase of a new Cunningham Home. This comprehensive limited warranty covers materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date that you close. Typical homeowner maintenance such as changing light bulbs and air filters are not covered. Continuing coverage of major mechanical systems such as plumbing and electrical are extended through the second year. Other items such as kitchen appliances, heating and cooling units and water heaters to name a few, are covered by manufacturer's warranties that are transferred to you at closing.
